Q: Can I change my order after it's placed?
A: Please double-check your selections (design, size, and quantity) before completing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made. If you need to cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Q: Do my seat covers come with a warranty?
A: Yes! RoadGuard Seat Covers include a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of delivery. If a covered defect occurs under normal use, we will replace the product at no additional charge.
Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, pet damage, stains, odors, fading from prolonged sunlight exposure, improper installation, damage caused by unapproved cleaning methods, or alterations made after delivery.
How to file a warranty claim:
- Your order number
- Current shipping address
- Clear, well-lit photos of the defect (wide and close-up)
- A brief description of the problem and when you first noticed it
Send all warranty claim details to our customer support email, and our team will guide you through the replacement process.
Q: Why might the colors look different from what I saw online?
A: Screen brightness, device calibration, and lighting conditions can cause slight differences between the images shown online and the actual printed product. While we work hard to ensure color accuracy, minor variations are normal — especially when viewed under different lighting or angles.
Q: How should I care for my seat covers?
A: Your seat covers are made from durable, fade-resistant poly polar fleece. For best results, remove and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents, as they may damage the fabric and colors.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Each set of seat covers is custom-made to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for production. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing.
